The training provided by Yellow Metric is oriented to offer support and knowledge both to the franchisee in the specific management of this business, and to all store personnel. Thus, Yellow Metric makes the following training services available to the entire franchise network:
- 2 weeks of training and training for shop assistants, seamstresses and / or laundry employees, with theoretical and practical modules, in the areas of customer service, software, preparation of arrangements, advanced training in laundry, textile and fur treatment.
- Training the franchisee in the practical management of the business.
- Assistance from our specialized staff in the first week of opening.
- Additional training in either concept, at the request of the franchisee or whenever this need is detected.
